Professional Community Enforcement Policy

Violating our User Agreement and Professional Community Policies may result in actions being taken against your account or content. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may reduce the visibility of your content, apply labels, or remove it entirely. In such cases, we typically notify you with details about how your content violates our policies and the steps we are taking. If you believe your content was removed in error, you will have the opportunity to appeal the decision.

Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions. We offer an appeal process for account restrictions and may reinstate your account if you agree to comply with our Professional Community Policies. Continued violations could result in a permanent ban from our platform.

For particularly severe violations of our Professional Community Policies—such as content related to child sexual abuse, terrorism, extreme violence, or egregious sexual harassment—your account may be permanently restricted after a single violation.

In certain cases, content that technically violates our policies may be allowed if it is shared for purposes of raising awareness or condemnation. In these instances, we may label and obscure the content to protect users who might find it sensitive or disturbing, but we will not remove the content or penalize the user for sharing it.
